OUR MANDATE

Kurdonk Safety greatly values it’s employees and the clients we work with. Our employees “walk the talk” and lead by example.

Kurdonk Safety is a place where coaching and leadership is their main goal with all members of the team being very knowledgeable in the field.

“Safety training as a business has always been an interest of mine. This interest began when I was an apprentice Millwright/ Welder and saw many safety protocols questioned around me, as well as noticing gaps in safety awareness and training provided on job sites, especially in regard to younger workers. During my career, I have spoken with many people who were afraid to ask questions and I want Kurdonk Safety to be a place of safe questioning for all people.”

At Kurdonk Safety we strive for a safe level of excellence and teach how to “leave the place safer than when you got there“ and to take pride in the work accomplished.
